Terms and Conditions

Confirmation and Deposits
Credit card over the telephone of £50 per room per night is required. No reduction is given for early departures. If paying by cheque then full payment of room is required at least 7 days before arrival. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Cancellations
The full cost of any reservation will be charged if not cancelled within 3 days of arrival date. We advise insurance to cover all eventualities.

Arrivals
Rooms will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival. To enable the rooms to be properly prepared for incoming guests we ask that rooms are vacated by 11am on the date of departure.

Credit Cards
We accept all major Credit Cards except American Express.

Breakfast
Full English Breakfast is served from 8.15am – 9.30am in the Dining Room.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel
