STANDARD ROOMS
Our Standard Rooms are in the traditional side of the hotel with some over looking the market square and many with original features. No two rooms are the same!

BARN ROOMS
The Barn rooms are at the back of the hotel and have been newly converted. Relax and enjoy a little more space.

ACCESS FACILITIES
5 of our Barn rooms are on the ground floor, two of which have wider doorways and walk in showers.

FAMILY ROOMS
The two Barn rooms on the top floor are a twin and a double so can be interconnecting, perfect for a family.

BAR & LOUNGES
We have a residents lounge at the front of the hotel with comfy chairs, warming fire, magazines and newspapers, for you to relax and enjoy a coffee.
We have 2 further bar and lounges, both with open fires but the front bar has a wonderful real fire, so you can enjoy a glass of wine or one of our cask ales listening to the fire crackling away.

DINING
We source our produce locally whenever possible, our meat is farmed in Ryedale as is our poultry, which is also free range. We take pride in making all our own dishes from dressings, chutney’s and marinades through to our sumptuous desserts.

Serving food through out the day in our Bar & Lounges you can enjoy a, homemade scone leisurely snack or a more substantial meal.

Special dietary requirements can easily be catered for, some may require little notice so please ask.

We are an independent hotel operated by a small local friendly team who will do their utmost to ensure you have an enjoyable and pleasant stay. You are welcome to come in and have a look around and please do not hesitate to ask should you have any queries.
